The client was embarking on a major re-branding and promotional campaign for the Festival Park and required information regarding a wide range of aspects of the visitor profile. This information was to be used to better inform promotional strategy decision making (e.g. message content, media selection, etc) and to act as a benchmark for further ‘tracking’ research.
